Use RapidTrak Commands to track inventory moves and transfers into and out of locations and warehouses.
- PUTAWAY—used to check in or receive in the product by TrakID
- MOVE—used to transfer product from one location to another
- Move by TrakID
- Move by Reference Number (ex. Shipper Number)
- Move by Group ID / Kit ID
- GROUP—used to group multiple TrakIDs (ex. kitting material together)
- BREAK—used to split or break off a portion of a TrakID to form a new TrakID
- MERGE—used to add quantities from TrakID A to TrakID B
- CONSUME—used to remove TrakIDs from the system
- Consume by TrakID—removes a single TrakID
- Consume by Location—removes all TrakIDs from specified location
- Consume by Reference Number—removes all TrakIDs with the same reference number
- FIND—used to search RapidTrak™ system for material by any available data field
- REFRESH—used to refresh or bring up-to-date TrakID information such as Location ID, Quantity, Warehouse Code, User ID or any other RapidTrak™ information
