Email Alerts

Email Alerts allow you to automatically be notified when specified conditions exist, for example: when inventory is put away, when inventory quantities are getting low, when material is moved, etc. In fact, you can create alerts based on any RapidTrak Inventory Command.

  • Establish user-defined rules for alerts
  • Create alerts based on transaction fields: (e.g. Item Number, TrakID, Quantity, User ID, Warehouse, Location, Command or Processing Type, User fields, etc.)
  • Initiate alerts via advanced commands:
    • Boolean operators (=,>,<, etc.)
    • Match on a user-defined LIST
    • Wild card patterns
  • Produce multiple alerts with a single transaction
  • Send Alert E-mail messages to any defined User ID
  • Send Alert E-mail messages in multiple languages

Step 1: Establish Rules for the Alert Message

Step 2: Setup the Email Message template, including dynamic Alert Email Subject and Alert Email Body Message.  If necessary, you can setup additional email message in multiple languages.
